About Cafe 393
Cafe 393 is more than just a restaurant — it's a passion project brought to life by mother-daughter duo Nadine Simons and Tanya McPherson. What started as a dream has grown into a beloved community gathering spot where homemade meals, friendly faces, and genuine Southern hospitality are always on the menu. We've created a space that feels like home, where families and friends can share a meal and make memories. Our food is made from scratch with the kind of care you'd expect from your own kitchen — freshly baked pies, cinnamon rolls, soups, and crowd-pleasing favorites like our classic Eggs Benedict served up every day. From early morning breakfasts to cozy mid-day lunches, everything we serve is made fresh, with love, right here in our kitchen. Whether you're catching up with friends, treating the family, or simply craving something homemade, you'll find a warm welcome waiting at both our Hendersonville and Gallatin locations.

Reviews
The perfect spot for a morning coffee. The minimalist interior design is right up my alley, and the Wi-Fi is fast enough for some solid coding sessions.
Their cold brew is easily the best in the area. I love the sharp, clean layout of the shop—it feels very modern and focused.
I visited for a quick lunch and was blown away by the quality of the avocado toast. The presentation is artful and the flavors are fresh.
Great atmosphere and even better pastries. It can get a bit busy on Saturday mornings, but the staff handles the rush incredibly well.
Cafe 393 has become my go-to "third space." Whether I'm meeting a client or just grabbing a latte, the experience is consistently excellent.
